As of September 1, 2012, the University Transportation Center for Mobility (UTCM) is no longer an active center of the Texas A&M Transportation Institute. The archived UTCM website remains available here.

UTCM Projects

The UTCM, aligning itself with both US and state of Texas research priorities, facilitates research on local, regional and national mobility concerns in four focus areas:

UTCM funds projects developing topics in Research, Education and/or Technology Transfer.

Research projects relate to one or more of the center's Research Focus Areas, and include education and technology transfer (T2) components. For example, the education component of a research project could be meaningful student involvement, and the T2 component could be peer-reviewed publication or presentation at a conference.

Education projects include new course or program development. For more education project activities, select "Education" from the menu at left.

Technology Transfer (T2) projects include such activities as conference planning, professional development seminars, K-12 outreach or diversity initiatives. For more T2 project activities, select "Technology Transfer" from the menu at left.
