How to Submit a Preliminary Proposal

The UTCM Request for Preliminary Proposals (RFPP) is currently open. The RFPP is the first step in the procurement process for projects to be awarded in FY09. Preliminary Proposals must fit the UTCM theme, and may be for a research project, an education project or a technology transfer (T2) project.
The FY09 RFPP, found in the box to the right, includes background information on the UTCM, submission procedures, forms and helpful hints. Preliminary Proposals (PPs) should be no more than two pages in length and will be used to determine which projects will be invited to submit a formal proposal.
