FAQs

The FY10 UTCM Request for Preliminary Proposals (RFPP) is currently closed. The deadline to submit a two-page Preliminary Proposal in response to this year's RFPP was Wednesday, September 16, 2009.

The RFPP is the first step in the procurement process for projects to be awarded in FY10.  Preliminary Proposals must fit the UTCM theme, and may be for a research project, an education project or a technology transfer (T2) project.

The FY10 RFPP, found in the box to the right, includes background information on the UTCM, submission procedures, forms and helpful hints. Preliminary Proposals (PPs) should be no more than two pages in length and will be used to determine which projects will be invited to submit a formal proposal.
